How do I get a refund on customs costs?

If you do not select a 'Customs and Duties Paid' or 'No Tariffs' option at checkout, you may be required to pay customs costs, additional taxes, and duties on your order. These costs are not levied by MetMo, but by your local government. This mean we cannot refund these fees, and you will need to contact your local authority to arrange a refund of these costs.
