To open a return, please go to your customer account or click here to view your past orders. You can only submit a return request on orders which have been fulfilled or partially fulfilled. To cancel an order which has not yet been fulfilled, please contact our customer service team on hello@metmocube.com.
- Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
Our customer service team will review this and get back to you within 1-2 working days.
Return Label
If you receive a return label from our team, it will be Royal Mail or UPS.
Royal Mail shipments can be dropped off at your local Post Office
UPS shipments can be taken to your nearest UPS drop off point.
Eligibility
You must be within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it for a full refund to be processed. This means that the product should be unopened, clean, and undamaged in order to receive a refund upon receipt back to us.
Where the buyer has changed their mind about their purchase and wishes to return the item for reasons outside of faults or retailer error, the buyer pays return postage.
All returns require a proof of purchase.
