What can I do if the pins are stuck?

If one or both of the pins are stuck in your Cube, it's likely some dust or debris has gotten into the Cube and is obstructing the pins. 

You can remove the pin using super strong double sided adhesive tape (carpet tape works great!) attached to a flat rod or other object with a flat edge (we actually have a spare Cube pin that we use for this!) and carefully but firmly attach the other object to act as a handle and pull the stuck pin out.
