We kindly request that you get in touch within 30 days of purchase or shipment, whichever is later, so we can investigate the issue. After this period we may be limited in our ability to track the order, and as per UK government guidelines we may be unable to reship or refund the order after this date.
If your item is a pre-order and you've received no prior notice of delay, please get in touch within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
