What is the Driver made from?

The Driver is made from a few different high quality materials to create the unique design and achieve the high quality performance we wanted from it. 

The outer handle is made from 316 hardened stainless steel, and is attached with low carbon boron steel screws. The main body of the Driver is made from an aerospace grade aluminium which is then anodised to both harden and provide colour, as is the barrel of the Driver. The barrel of the Driver also has a solid brass bush, and HTB1 brass is used for the brass pin which adjusts the direction of the Driver. The direction pin in the Driver is induction hardened tool steel. The chuck of the Driver is made from 440C grade martensitic stainless steel, which is hardened.
