You'll have access to a tracking number for your order once it's been processed. If the tracking number doesn't update for 14 days, you can get in touch with our customer service team on hello@metmocube.com and we can open a case for you. Items which don't receive tracking updates for 30 days will be considered lost, and can be replaced or refunded.
Orders declared as delivered by the postal service or courier will be considered delivered and MetMo hold no responsibility over the actions of third-party services, such as FedEx or USPS, in the carrying out of their duties. Refunds will not be given for items declared as delivered though they have not reached their intended recipient.
