Do I have to pay import duty?

Unless otherwise selected by the customer at checkout, we ship to all countries outside of the UK on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). We have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. These fees are not collected by MetMo. You are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather.

Some countries will have a shipping option including 'Customs and Duties Paid' or 'No Tariffs'. In these cases, MetMo will cover any extra costs related to importing the order.
