We aim to process and ship orders within 1 working day, but in busy periods this can take up to 3 days. Once your order has been processed you'll receive tracking information via email. We use Royal Mail, FedEx, and UPS to ship our orders.
Estimated shipping times can vary, but generally FedEx and UPS shipping times are as follows:
UK - Next working day
USA - 1-3 working days
EU - 3-5 working days
Rest of the world - 7 working days

UK - 1-2 working days
USA - 5-7 working days
EU - 3-7 working days
Rest of the world - 7+ working days
Shipping times are estimations only provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
There may be delays during the shipment process due to, but not limited to, customs or clearance delays, adverse weather, or strike action. We aren't responsible for any delays shipments are subjected to whilst with the courier.
Orders that are declared as delivered by the postal service or courier will be considered delivered and MetMo hold no responsibility over the actions of third-party services, such as FedEx, in the carrying out of their duties. Refunds will not be given for items declared as delivered though they have not reached their intended recipient.

Hello I ordered something to the UK, Scotland, nearly 4 months ago and it has not been shipped yet how long does it normally take to manufacture and ship?
