Because of this, we can't guarantee a cancellation or amendment of an order once it's been placed, though you can send our customer support on hello@metmocube.com. You may be required to pay shipping and handling fees for orders that have been collected by the courier.

If you placed a pre-order, we can cancel your order up to 7 days before fulfilment is due to begin.
If you backed a crowdfunding campaign, we can cancel your order up to 30 days before fulfilment is due to begin.
