How long do orders take to process?

We aim to process orders within 1 working day, but in busy periods this can take up to 3 working days. 

Orders placed on a 'pre-order' basis will have a different fulfilment process, and can vary from product to product. All information regarding pre-orders will be directly on the product page. 

This fulfilment timeline does not apply to our crowdfunding campaigns, which will have their own fulfilment schedule as detailed on the main campaign page.
